You have 15 calendar days to return the product from the date you ordered it. To be eligible for a return, product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Accepted return is, if the product is leaked, damaged or broken during shipping. No cash refund will be given to any customer in any case. The product needs to have the receipt or proof of online purchase.
Return/Refund/Replacement is only applicable:
- If your product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable time frame (within 2 days once delivered).
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken).
- Delivered Product is incorrect (not as ordered/incomplete).
- If you placed order is “Not Required Anymore” (you no longer have a use for the product/you have changed your mind about the purchase) before or at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable time frame (before delivery).
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund and issue a new product of same order and will send it to given address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if return is due to change of mind or change of order. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
